Why Our Staff’s Qualifications Matter.

Here at Westminster Memory Care, we pride ourselves on having a team that is equipped, trained, and are the leading professionals in our field. We want our residents, and their families to know that they are being taken care of by the best our industry as to offer. With a staff of qualified nurses, nursing assistants, and trained caregivers, we know Westminster Memory Care stands out above the rest.

One community cornerstone that makes us unique is our 90-day evaluation for our residents and teams. When your loved one joins our Lexington, South Carolina, Memory Care community, we will have a plan in place designed with the personal care services that best meet their current needs and abilities. Every 90 days (or sooner if needed or desired), our highly skilled care team will reassess the plan to make certain your loved one is receiving the individualized care that they deserve. Our team of nurses and leaders want to ensure that your loved one’s cognitive plan evolves with changing health conditions.

Another way we shine, is through our employees. In the here and now, our warm and professional team of caregivers lend their skills, hearts, and energies to creating an environment in which your loved one feels their best, follows their interests, and is inspired to connect to each day with meaning, purpose, and enthusiasm. Whether they are participating in day to day needs of a resident or playing a round of bingo with the group, they bring smiles and warmth to any day at the community. From our attentive chef to our hair stylist, Marie who lends her talents to make sure the residents are totally pampered, we are so happy with the team we have specifically chosen for our community.
